exploration course

The 4 part exploration course to prepare you to start your journey to your best self.

The purpose of this course is to start from square one, explore all the potential things you may want to adjust in your life so you can get back to being your best self, or find that version of you!

Everyone is different, therefore everyone's focuses will be too, because of this we do not and will not use a one size fits all approach when working together. The techniques we use in this course are transferable, flexible and ready for you to make your own.

STEADY...

The health & life
creation workshop

The 2 hour intensive workshop full of creation and planning so you come away from it with your action plan ready to set in motion.

While the first part was all about exploration, this one is about creating those feelings, discoveries and wants into a cunning plan!

So, we roadmap!

Similarly to the previous part the techniques we use are flexible and useable for all, while still providing the right amount of stability and guidance to keep you on track.

action challenge

A month of action in the new year, here you will make changes you planned previously with day to day support, focuses and check ins. Alongside this you will have a weekly group call to reaffirm your changes.

The last step in this specific journey.
By this point if you have completed the previous steps (either on your own or with us) you should be ready to implement all those exciting changes into your life without having to comprise all things you love in your life currently.

This option provides you with all three courses in a oner!

No needing to cherry pick, no need to think too hard, just sign up and you'll get it all provided straight to you.

This is a perfect option for anyone! But would be particularly helpful to those just starting out on health and wellbeing journey's,
people looking to work on themselves but just don't know where to start, or even those who have been on a similar road
to this before, but at some point along the way, lost their path...

You can of course, and are welcome to, choose the courses individually if that suits your needs better, they will be presented in a way that using them as a stand-alone course will work just as wonderfully! Everyone's wants, needs, and journey will be different, and that's why we want to provide as much flexibility to you as possible.
